1. This competition/sweepstake is promoted, run and officiated by SurfCo Ltd trading as Cord Surfboards.

2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, Instagram or any of their subsidiaries.

6. Closing date and time is Saturday June 31st 2025 at 11.59pm BST. After this time no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

8. To enter the competition you must like and tag a friend in the comment on this post, and to win both the entrant and tagged prize recipient must be following Cord Surfboards.

9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition.

10. The prize is as indicated in each of the post – one Cord Surfboards 6’8” Longfish in Polyola foam construction, inclusive of UK shipping.

11. For entrants outside of the UK, shipping and any taxes are not included and are payable by the winter. Failure to cover these costs may forfeit the prize.

12. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by Promoter.

14. The winner will be notified by comment on the competition post and DM on Instagram at time of drawing the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not acknowledge or claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].

18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
