Custom Midlength Surfboards - Handmade in Cornwall

Cord midlengths are the ultimate one-board quiver, as happy gliding through small, mellow days as they are charging bigger surf. The Projector is our performance all-rounder, a 2+1 with a drawn-out rail line and flat bottom contour that make it fast and drivey yet easy to duck dive; its volume lets you take it anywhere from knee-high to overhead. The Sunseeker is our go-to funboard, with plenty of volume, flat rocker for fast paddling and a spiral vee for a smooth rail-to-rail feel - ideal for longboarders wanting more manoeuvrability, shortboarders after a summer cruiser, or beginner surfers stepping onto their first real board, and it works in anything up to 6ft. The Sawn-Off is literally a longboard with a section cut out of the middle: it noserides in the pocket thanks to a deep nose concave but turns far more easily, and is super fun in waves up to 4ft. The Step-Ark brings twin-fin barrel performance into step-up lengths for bigger, hollower waves.

 

Between them they suit almost everyone - surfers wanting a single versatile board, improvers building their wave count, and longboarders or shortboarders looking to cross over. They shine in the small-to-medium beach breaks of Cornwall around our home at St Agnes, but have the range for powerful points and barrels further afield. Each is hand-built to order in Cornwall over 4–6 weeks, with a single fin, 2+1, thruster or quad fin options, finishes from clear gloss to resin tints, and optional extras such as volan glass patches and multiple stringers.
